You provide us with your address and mobile contact number at Checkout. Spend $400 or more online and get free standard ground floor delivery. Melbourne Metro <30km from CBD. You will need to assist the driver for bulky items such as queen/king size mattresses.
Our delivery costs are determined by the distance between delivery location and store of purchase:
- Delivery distance of 30-45km – $75
- Delivery distance of 46-100km – $125
- Delivery distance of greater than 100km – The store will contact you for special pricing.
Once you’ve placed your order, your mattress will arrive in about 3-7 business days subject to stock availability. This delivery is a one-person service to ground floor (if you live in an apartment, elevators are OK).
For ground floor deliveries you can select a preferred delivery date at checkout or let us know other appropriate days in the comment field. We deliver Monday – Friday. Saturday deliveries are available in inner metro areas only.
On the day of delivery, we will call or text you in the morning of the day of delivery, with a 3-hour window for delivery. Unfortunately, we may not be able to provide an exact delivery time.
- Drivers do not install bed bases legs
- Standard delivery is to ground floor only, front entrance of foyer for apartments
- Assistance to be provided to driver if using lifts and if there is trolley access or ramps
- Please ensure there is adequate space for your mattress, drivers will not move furniture to create space
